Lessons in Resilience

I had the opportunity of meeting an embodiment of Karma in the form of an Uber delivery partner.

My first impression about Rudradeep was an that of an overtly friendly personality. Rudra was swift enough in breaking the ice in introducing himself as a PhD Scholar working on Artificial Intelligence in the domain of engineering design.

While Rudra aired his concern about the pitiful state of research prospects . Inspite of all his trial tribulations he remained steadfast about his larger purpose & calling in life for research and knowledge. His belief in himself & faith that there is a wave of positivity in the country and a better future ahead. I must say that Rudra’s positivity was infectious.

Another precious learning that came from Rudra’s belief is the call of Karma. We need to be conscious of that fact that we need to go through our struggles & suffering which are a by-product of our “Past Karmas”
