What you fight for, what you stands for, what you think is my approach, identity, opinion blah blah is nothing but the mind GAMING you.

Yes you heard it right. YOU are its puppet.

With grace whenever awareness comes, the first thing that you see is this!

The suffering that mind brings

The anxiety, the fear, the anger, greed and lust nothing but mind’s way of controlling you!

Slapping you hard in you face to say, “I am the master”

Fights that you fight are not yours but just your mind fingering you.

The punches that feel in your ego is nothing but somebody punches your mind when it refuses to open up!

Anger is nothing but minds way of defense that it doesn’t like the change or anything not going according to it.

Listen to it NOT! O Seeker, don’t fall to its prey!

The experience of LIFE itself is so humbling not ego!

The “I” That you use in every sentence is not you but the very culprit MIND.

Now how can mind be spiritual, do Sadhana, meditate, and most of all attain self realization?!

O seekers beware when you say I do Sadhana, I meditate, I want to attain, its again another ego talking. Some call it spiritual ego, the worst of all…

The truth is, mind can’t do all this! Can’t even experience it happening!

When there is no MIND, there you are already self-realized, already mediating.

So whenever you suffer, stop, ask yourself who is suffering!
